Easter Sunday Brunch at Oystercatchers
Oystercatchers invites you to celebrate Easter Sunday with an elevated coastal brunch on April 5, 2026. Guests will enjoy a curated selection of fresh‑shucked oysters, chilled seafood, rotating live stations, brunch classics, and decadent desserts. The holiday menu also features signature carving stations with cured ham and a roasted leg of lamb, prepared by our culinary team.
Set against sweeping bay views and warm Hyatt hospitality, this Easter experience blends vibrant Florida flavors with refined brunch traditions.
