Oystercatchers invites you to celebrate Mother's Day with an elevated coastal brunch on May 10th, 2026. Guests will enjoy a curated selection of fresh‑shucked oysters, chilled seafood, rotating live stations, brunch classics, and decadent desserts. The holiday menu also features signature carving stations prepared by our culinary team.
Set against sweeping bay views and warm Hyatt hospitality, this Mother's Day experience blends vibrant Florida flavors with refined brunch traditions.

Join us every Saturday at 10:45 AM for a 45-minute Pilates class located on the Oystercatchers Beach! This class is complimentary for Grand Hyatt hotel guests and locals.
